General Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between super baji and its users. By using any service through the super baji website or mobile app, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

These terms are written in English so Bangladeshi users can understand them easily. super baji reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 User Eligibility

To open an account on super baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must have a valid national ID card or passport.
• You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You may operate only one account in your name.
• You must use your own mobile banking account for all financial transactions.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may cause account verification to fail and any deposited funds may be forfeited. If any discrepancy is found in your name, date of birth, or mobile number, super baji reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request.

2.3 Account Verification

After registration, super baji may request identity verification at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, birth certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your super baji account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with anyone. You will be held responsible for any transaction made using your login credentials.

• Always log out of your account properly after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
• Changing your password regularly helps keep your account secure.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — super baji will never ask for your OTP.

Operating an account through a third party, or selling or transferring an account, is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the account will be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on super baji is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Transactions made from an account in someone else's name will not be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must have a sufficient verified balance at the time of the withdrawal request. To withdraw from a bonus balance, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements.

4.3 Transaction Verification

If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected, super baji may temporarily hold any withdrawal and request additional verification documents. The funds in question will remain on hold until the verification process is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

super baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, you must complete wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry period.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is not allowed.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — not for any group or syndicate.

5.3 Other Promotions

All ongoing promotions — including weekly deposit festivals, cricket offers, weekend rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses — have their own terms. The conditions listed in each promotion's details apply alongside these general terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

super baji offers both sports betting and casino gaming. A bet is considered final once the system confirms it. If a bet is left incomplete due to a network error or disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on system logs.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bet results for cricket, football, and other sports are determined based on the official result announcement. If a match is suspended or abandoned, super baji's own rules will apply to that bet. In live betting, odds can change quickly — a bet is final only after it is accepted.

6.3 Casino Games

Results in live casino, slots, and other games are determined by a verifiable random number generator or a live dealer. If a game stops mid-way due to a technical issue, super baji will determine the outcome of that game based on server logs.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the super baji platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Strategic betting with the intent of bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Introducing harmful code or viruses into the super baji platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 super baji's Authority

super baji may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering.
• Receipt of instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability

super baji is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, super baji will not be held liable in the following situations:
